* wxgtk version from http://code.google.com/p/jrfonseca/wiki/XDot
* wxpython wrapper using pango and cairo from http://ros.org/wiki/xdot
* patch to wxcairo.py needed for pango >= 1.10 and wxpython <= 2.8.12.1
