Comment 61 for bug 92599

The compiz fix for bug 880707 is the change that I think might solve (hide) this bug. I am getting a new Nvidia card today so I can retest this.

However the current proposed fix for bug 880707 is much too complex and risky to put in updates right now. It needs much more testing. Also, the compiz administrator wants to completely rewrite it according to my emails this morning. So much more work and debate yet.

In the best case, when we agree on the final compiz fix for bug 880707 (not the unity fix), then I'll put it in my PPA for all 11.10 users to try.
