Andrius, Rimas: I think you should first consider agreeing on a single set of plural forms for all languages: if that's doable, it's relatively easy to change plural forms in Launchpad (except that we'd have to re-import all the translations with new sets of plural forms, but that's needed anyway or your messages will be incomplete).
