  * [libnm-util-dev] dont try to install nm-setting-ip6-config.h - which is
    supposed to be hidden in 0.7 final

  * prepatch upstream soname version bump for libnm-util

    ship the libs in libnm-util1
    - update debian/control

  * install plugin in ppp 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 directory
