Canonical SSO provider

This is a mock SSO provider, largely based on the example server from python-openid, but supporting a couple of Ubuntu-SSO-specific features like the team extension, or language endpoints.
It's also a Django app, so it should be pretty easy to drop in if you're developing with Django, but less useful otherwise.
