kernel: remork a few CVEs

 kernel autotriage bot removed 'released' from a few CVEs that were
 released, marked 'not-affected' in xilinx that is a devel kernel that
 were tracking in advance and removed DNE for a starfive and gkeop
 in oracular.

kcve-merge: separate commits

In the previous approach, kcve-merge format one single commit gathering
all the changes if multiple CVE IDs are given, which is not friendly for
reviewing. This patch change the behavior to always generating separate
patches for each CVE.
