queue: Add contains-build information for copies

Now that Launchpad exposes information on whether copies contain
binaries, `queue` should take advantage of that. With this, source-only
copies show "X-" as before, while source-and-binary copies show "XB".

Let branch-seeds act directly on LP branches instead of on local checkouts

Having to pre check out the branches for branch-seeds to work on, for all of
the flavors, is tedious. Let branch-seeds take a launchpad repo (in the git
case) or the base of a launchpad branch name (in the bzr case) instead.
