Description of the change

I revised the section description so that it's closer to what the section actually contains. The main change was to delete "undetected printers", which we don't cover at present. The section description isn't a full description of what the section contains so it (still) ends with "...". We seem to use US spelling and "cancelling" is apparently OK in US spelling.

Yes, the original language is US English. There are 'translations' to Brittish, Australian etc. English.
