Allow the desktop entry strings to be extracted and merged into the PO template

Removed the rfc822deb gettext specifier from the .desktop file. This should be used for rfc822-style Debian configuration files, not for freedesktop.org desktop entries.

After this fix, the strings in the .desktop file are correctly extracted and merged into the PO template.
