Corrected 'Get help online' and 'Translate this application' links: now they link to the pages specific for each Ubuntu version ('feisty', 'gutsy', etc) getting it from the useragent.

  * In content/ubuntuAddonsOverlay.xul: String for getUbuntu value attribute is
    fetched from ubufox.getubuntuextension, not hard-coded anymore.
  * locale/en-US/ubufox.dtd: String 'Get Ubuntu Addons' is corrected to 'Get
    Ubuntu Extensions'.
  * String ubufox.getubuntuextension is moved from ubufox.properties to ubufox.dtd, because it's only used in XUL.
  * Fixed getString and getFormattedString (exception catching).
  * Edited nsPluginInstallerWizard.prototype.showPluginList: plugin list is
    represented using tables.
  * Changed showPluginList to align plugin icons to right
