i18n: Merge catalog translations

Catalog xml files are installed as they are. However, these files
should also contain their translations merged with `gettext`.

This has been changed so translations are now merged using meson's
i18n module.

Don't clear selection too eagerly

When the current submenu in a GtkPopoverMenu is selected, and we
are editing its submenu child property, we get change notification
for the popovers visible-submenu property. Don't clear the selection
in this case because the visible submenu did not actually change
to a different widget, it just changed its name.

Switch to a single size property for GtkHeaderBar

Having separate start-/end-size properties is nice because it
makes intuitive sense, but unfortunately, the actual headerbar
child properties (position, pack-type) are not sufficient to
fully reconstruct the needed placeholders. This is causing
anomalies and possibly crashes with undo/redo. For now, keep
things working the same way they do in boxes: placeholders
are always in pack-start, and only actual children can be
moved to pack-end.

glade-gtk-widget.c: Minor fix for 'add_parent' action

Previous implementation assumes that the parent widget can
be retrieved with gtk_widget_get_parent(), use glade_widget_get_parent()
instead and trust the project datamodel instead, as the logical
widget hierarchy may not be exactly the truth, as is the case for
a searchbar child.

Call glade_property_invalidate() properly in all GTK+ widget property editors

Every situation where the user disables a property through the inspector should
now correctly unbind any dependent bound properties, which fixes the last known
major bug in the property binding code!

Rework the last commit to only introduce GladeWidgetAdaptor->evaluate_property_sensitivity()

As discussed with Tristan van Berkom on the mailing list. Instead of
recording property sensitivity changes directly in the command system,
a "property invalidated" signal will be added to the "gbinding" branch
to make sure that property bindings with invalidated source properties
are properly removed.

What remains in this branch, though, is a new virtual function
GladeWidgetAdaptor::evaluate_property_sensitivity() which centralizes
all the property sensitivity management which is currently scattered
around the plugins/gtk+/ codebase. As the invalidated-source-property
issue will now be solved directly in the "gbinding" branch, this is now
a purely cosmetic work, but nevertheless I will continue it (and probably
rebase the gbinding branch to it).

As in the last commit, of the code in plugins/gtk+/ only the GtkEntry
adaptor has been ported to use evaluate_property_sensitivity(), but the
others will eventually follow.

Add glade_command_set_sensitive() and port a bit of the GTK+ plugin code to it

The aim of this is to let all changes to the sensitivity of properties through
the command system so that the code in the "gbinding" branch can cleanly react
to the source or target of a property binding becoming insensitive (e.g. by
undoably removing the binding).
