Fullcolor status icons for Weather

- fullcolor scalables based on app icon guidelines,
  will need the `icon-dropshadow` class added wherever presented
- fullcolor assets are to be removed from adwaita-icon-theme
- *-symbolic icons are to be replaced with the scalable fullcolor variants
  and rendered at 32x32px

WeatherWidget: Use the icon-dropshadow class for the large icon

Currently, the condition image does not use any kind of style since it
only showed a symbolic icon.

According to the new design that is being brought to the application,
this image should now use colorful and detailed icons, and therefore
could have readability problems with certain icons

`icon-dropshadow` class added to provide a shadow on the back of the
icon, to improve readability

WeatherWidget: Use fullcolor icons instead of symbolic ones

Currently, WeatherWidget is using get_symbolic_icon_name () from
GWeather.Info in order to get the name for the large icon.

This is not matching with the design, which is asking for the fullcolor
version of the icon, not the symbolic.

This commit replaces that in order to use get_icon_name (), which
returns the names for the fullcolor icons.
