Fix failing test due to problems with backward-cpp
ign TEST is failing due to a problem in ignition-tools version 1.4.1: it does
not include libignition-tools-backward lib due to a bug in Debian packaging.
The ign invocaton includes a lib warning in output "Library error:
libignition-tools-backward. so not found. Improved backtrace generation will be
disabled". Since it is an optional support, relax the expectation in the test to
make it work without the libignition-tool-backward lib. Use gmock to facilitate substring checking.
