Lots of improvements to sync-helper.py

Some of them include:

  * Showing who said which comment and laying them out so they are more
    readable.
  * Showing the rmadison information for the package in both distros so
    that you can see if the sync is done, or there are Ubuntu changes not
    accounted for.
  * Handling of components.
  * Ability to specify a suite to sync from. (Currently only able to change
    once, should fix that.)
  * 'O' key opens the bug in the browser.
  * Filtering of the bug tasks so that only Ubuntu bugs are prompted for.
