Don't show "Software & Updates" in app launcher

This .desktop ensures it will still show as a running app.

This fixes long-standing confusion between "Software & Updates" (this app)
and Software Updater (update-manager). Software Updater has a Settings
button which will launch this app

SoftwareProperties: Support exploded lists in aptsources.distro

This involves mostly just this one change to find existing
parent entries in the list (calling the new index method) and
passing the parent entry to the add() method so that it can
copy additional fields from them such as signed-by.
