* Drop from launchpad-dependencies:
  - python2.4-lxml (tests run fine without)
* Drop from launchpad-developer-dependencies:
  - python-xml (no longer in karmic, tests run fine without)
  - python2.4-setuptools (tests run fine without)
* Drop debian/README.Debian, which was out of date and mainly boilerplate.
* Drop debian/docs, empty file.
* Drop debian/deps, seems to be obsolete personal notes of a previous
  maintainer.
