Feature preview to add the ability to execute Lua scripts as part of the replication process. The branch adds support to add Lua scripts at four points in the replication process: when writing to the binary log from a client thread, when reading from the binary log in the dump thread, when writing to the relay log in the I/O thread, and when reading from the relay log in the SQL Thread.
