In the case FAI is started in an Upstart environment, check if an
upstart job udevtrigger exists. If it does, we really need to start
this job so that "missed" kernel events are replayed. Otherwise may
miss block events. This results in block devices having "wrong" owners
and confuses the FAI "disk-info" utility, which in turn breaks the
disk detection completely. LP: #941959 - 200. By Stephan RĂ¼gamer

* Changes for Ubuntu:
+ /etc/fai/make-fai- nfsroot. conf:
- add "--include=aptitude" to FAI_DEBOOTSTRAP _OPTS because
aptitude changed from Priority: important to optional,
therefore debootstrap won't install it by default anymore.
(LP: #714570)
- add "dhcp-client" to "--exclude" options for FAI_DEBOOTSTRAP_OPTS

call genisoimage with -R instead of -r
Quote from a mail:
According to the genisoimage man page the "-r" does what normally would be
consider the sane thing and sets all directories to 555. This makes sense as
most people will want the cdfs to be readable by normal users. The problem is
that cfagent doesn't like it's /var/lib directories to be readable by others
and will not run.
The "-R" tells genisoimage to copy the perms as specified in the source
directory. With this option cfagent runs correctly and all is well.Me: Another approach would be that the permissions for
/var/lib/cfengine2 are fixed during runtime.(cherry picked from commit 4f2300b35819fa2
