Account for the case when the only selected file is a directory.

So far we were only calling QFileInfo::baseName(), which returned an
empty string for directories.

Merge revisions 1245771:1245794 from the kdeutils-build-standalone branch.

Removes AUTHORS and INSTALL and add copies of the GFDL, LGPL and GPL
to the applications which need them.
