add cleaner fix for disabling ability to move the panels, make sure we dont use the wrong thunderbird icon (TB trademark policies forbid to change it), make sure to have startup notification in OO.o launchers, make builder point to localhost IP (/etc/hosts might not be set up in chroot during build)

fix grub menu.lst mangling to only change the kopt line (else ucf moans on kernel upgrades), run update-grub again afterwards to make the changes actually take effect on the kernels, add pci=nomsi to kernel options to fix (LP: #247478)
