tests: Run on Ubuntu devel, support i386 and proposed (#40)

Pull in recent changes to tests/run-ubuntu-chroot from umockdev:

- Run on Ubuntu devel series by default instead of latest stable
- Explicitly run tests on artful (latest Ubuntu stable)
- Support running tests against -proposed with setting `$PROPOSED`
- Mount /dev/pts in the build chroot
- Build and copy out the release tarball

Add tests/run-ubuntu-chroot script that runs tests in a Launchpad buildd
chroot for a given Ubuntu release and architecture.
