Updated I_S test case to remove the AWS tables from queries in that test case.

Updated the AWS I_S tables plugin so that it is not loaded by default. It messes up the I_S test
case if it is since the output of that test will then change. To be extra careful, I also modified
the queries in the I_S test case to make sure the AWS I_S tables do not affect them.

Moved the DeletePtr function object into its own header file so it can be re-used in a number of
places now. Added a test suite for the AWS I_S tables. Updated the I_S test case to ignore the AWS
I_S tables.
