Update mir-client-platform-mesa pkgconfig and package depends.

The mir-client-platform-mesa headers use:
mir_toolkit/mir_native_buffer.h
mir_toolkit/client_types.h

The former is from libmircommon-dev, so add this to the package dependencies.
The latter is from libmirclient-dev so add the appropriate dependency into the
pkgconfig file so the include directories are passed to the compiler.

Add more checks in input-evdev platform probing and add umockdev acceptance tests

Now input-evdev claims to be capable of operation when it is not loaded within a nested server and is capable of opening at least one of the evdev devices it finds. mir_umock_acceptance_tests is a class of acceptance tests that require device access.

symbols.map: Don't export extern "C" functions as extern "C++".

The default bfd linker ignores this, but it confuses the gold linker. It's also clearly incorrect, so why not?

After this, Mir links corretly (and in ½ the time) with the gold linker.
