*touch screen gestures for rotating and scrolling canvas is now working!

*desktop-events.cpp - undid some hacks earlier for switching tools with the pen buttons

*sp-canvas.h - tried using GTK's gesture recognition, but they're not getting any events

*tool files - need to set TOUCH_MASK or else touch events won't get delivered

note: on Windows, multitouch and pen will only work with my patched GTK3
