Changes requested by Kubuntu team (LP: #608746):
 * Generate "^Start Kubuntu" menu item with maybe-ubiquity option, rather
   than separate "^Try Kubuntu without installing" and "^Install Kubuntu"
   items.
 * Don't show the gfxboot language menu by default for Kubuntu.
