Limit passwords to a maximum of 512 characters.

This is done both on the validator (which applies to setting/updating the Account model's password, and thus applies to all API and form operations) and on the form itself (so the generated HTML has the proper maxlength attribute and caps fields).

The latter is probably minimal protection since an accomplished script kiddie is likely to POST payloads directly without going through the HTML form.
