Put plymouth-theme-stoq on packages to generate debs on the right place.

Put plymouth-theme-stoq on packages to generate debs on the right place and
remove the committed debs. They can be generated using 'debuild' when needed.

The source was forked from ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu. To use we simply need to
build it (debuild) and then the livecd script will do the rest.
