show Ubuntu 22.04 LTS instead of 20.04 LTS

Now that we've updated osinfo-db so that 23.04 (or 22.10) are showing.

This allows us to show the latest LTS and the latest non-LTS.

'ubuntu' defaults to the latest released Ubuntu so the current
setting was appropriate a year ago
