Include LDFLAGS in gtkdoc-scangobj command line

When a library provides no way to find linker flags for linking with it,
the build system usually depends on the user to necessary put -L flags
in LDFLAGS environment variable in order to find it. However, GtkDoc
module constructs the command line by itself, and it forgets to add
LDFLAGS to the command line of gtkdoc-scangobj.

It is especially important to include LDFLAGS on non-GNU systems. For
example, FreeBSD libc doesn't include a gettext implementation. GLib
requires gettext, and it pulls in an external gettext runtime for it.
However, gettext-runtime doesn't include a .pc file, so LDFLAGS is
required if gettext-runtime isn't installed in the same prefix as GLib.
Failing to include LDFLAGS in --ldflags passed to gtkdoc-scangobj can
result in a linking error because -lintl cannot be found.

In evolution-data-server we are lucky most of the time because it
depends on a lot of external libraries. These external libraries are
likely to be installed in the same prefix as gettext-runtime, so not
using LDFLAGS doesn't cause linking failure because required flags are
already pulled in by other libraries. In fact, this problem was found
when building libical, which uses a similar GtkDoc.cmake file.

In addition to the change to include LDFLAGS, this commit also changes
the following things:

 - Instead of constructing _scangobj_ldflags in reverse order, do it in
   normal order. Appending is easier to understand than prepending, and
   the linker also interprets -L and -l flags in normal order.

 - Move -L${LIB_INSTALL_DIR} to the bottom. This is what the comment
   says, and it is expected to work because we no longer constructs
   _scangobj_ldflags in reverse order.

Expose GData 'parent' and 'position' task fields

The 'parent' property of the GDataTasksTask object is exposed
through ICAL_RELATEDTO_PROPERTY, which matches the practices
of GNOME To Do and NextCloud and other ICal-based providers.

The position, however, is exposed through an X ICal property
named X-EVOLUTION-GTASKS-POSITION. This doesn't affect Evolution
in any form, but will still allow external consumers of EDS to
retrieve the position of the task. Since GData tasks themselves
aren't backed by ICal components, we have some creative freedom
to use X properties.

Updating the task position and parent requires [1] but a compile
check was added to not force EDS to bump the libgdata version.

Bug 752233 - sexp: Eliminate some global variables which broke static linking

Compiling EDS with --disable-shared was broken due to several global
variables being declared with the same names, and not being declared
static. Fix that by eliminating the unused ones and making the rest
static.

DBus signals about change of locale property for given address book are
deferred until all address books will update their locale.
Depending on the number of address books and their size delay between
changing address book's locale property and receiving signal about that
takes about one or two minutes.

EBookBackendSqliteDB: optimize sqlite query

In the case of simple queries, it is better to JOIN the "folder_id"
with result of the query executed on the "folder_id_list". This
optimization is only applied to the cursor search.

A general solution will come together with the next sqlite schema
update.

test-client-custom-summary.c: Added tests for transliteration queries.

Added new vcard 'custom-16.vcf' with chinese words in the full name as well.

The new test tests that transliterated queries work on regular fields
as well as multi valued fields, specifically we are testing it with

ebook DRA: partial fix for opening

Opening in DRA mode synchronously completely skipped opening
the backend on the server side. Opening asynchronously got the
order wrong and opened in the client before letting the server
complete its work.

As a result, the client randomly ran into database errors when
accessing the database too early. For unknown reasons this started
to happen a lot after merging with the changes made between (roughly)
EDS 3.6.3 and 3.6.4.

This fix is not a proper solution because it involves synchronous
local calls in cases where asynchronous calls should be used.

sqlitedb: Store E.164 param in vcards

The E.164 normalized phone number is of interest for handset related
applications. With this change a X-EVOLUTION-E164 attribute is added
to each TEL attribute if the contact summary contains a E.164 formatted
variant of the phone number. This shall avoid overhead and inconsistency
that would occur if clients would use their own mechanism to compute that
already stored information.
