Fix invalid GOptionEntry type and flag combinations

The G_OPTION_FLAG_NO_ARG and G_OPTION_FLAG_FILENAME flags only apply to
the G_OPTION_ARG_CALLBACK type.

This elinates the following warnings at every gst123 invocation:
