Whiteboard

The server has a bad SSL certificate, which requires us to manually intervene with each code import machine. https://answers.edge.launchpad.net/launchpad-code/+question/72423 requests this.

If you have control over the server, it would be nice to provide unauthenticated read-only HTTP support.
