Compiz: Switch to switcher

switch to switcher.. aha.

For some reason staticswitcher no longer responds to Alt-Tab by default but to
Ctrl-Alt-Tab. This is probably a move upstream to select Application Switcher (i.e. "switcher")
as the default switcher module.

Follow upstream and move from staticswitcher to switcher in our default configuration.
