archivepublisher: remove md5&sha1 from Release Packages Sources

These must not be unused, in any release. These are now also causing
interop issues with programs and humans. Also they needlesly increase
the size of index files. These hashes must not be generated anymore,
nor distributed, nor verified.

This implementation is intentionally global for all suites.
