+ Fix 1.00 bug that choked some models of routers
+ Fix 1.00 crash in peer handshake
+ Fix 1.01 bug that sometimes froze the app for a long time
+ Minor improvements to the command-line client

+ Fix crash when removing a torrent while its details window is open

Ok, I've got packages prepared but will hold off on uploads until I can verify a change with upstream -- the default mandir is now /usr/man instead of 1.01's /usr/share/man, and is now in violation with FHS. My packaging overrides this back to the correct location, but I wanted to make sure upstream didn't have something to say about it.

Upstream re-rolled the tarball, so we're good to go. Dgettable dsc: http://jdong.mit.edu/~jdong/motu/transmission_1.02-0ubuntu1.dsc

The interdiff is trivial (just a changelog entry)
