[upgrade] Update ttf-malayalam-fonts-udeb package

Along with the above package ttf-malayalam-fonts package also need to be repackaged. http://packages.debian.org/lenny/all/ttf-malayalam-fonts got new fonts and other fonts has new versions.

Added the tag upgrade and changing status to confirmed

New version is in http://people.ubuntu.com/~arne/ttf-indic-fonts/ .

Changes look good to me. Subscribing ubuntu-release to get an ACK.
