Critical warning while running nm-connection-editor

Bug Description

I get the following critical warning when running nm-connection-editor from a terminal:

$ nm-connection-editor

(nm-connection-editor:17164): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_hash_table_foreach: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed

Could you please tell us which version of Ubuntu / Network Manager are you using?
Could you please attach a capture log, following the procedure described at the previous page?

this bug is present on Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit network-manager-0.7~~svn20081018t105859-0ubuntu1.8.10.1

 and Ubuntu 9.04 64 bit network-manager-0.7-0ubuntu2

capture log is empty.

I only get a warning message that I described in the original bug report.

can you get a backtrace by running connection editor in gdb with dbgsym packages installed for libnm-util1 and libnm-glib0 and network-manager-gnome?

i think that gdb should stop; you can do that by settting

export G_DEBUG=fatal_criticals

before running nm-connection-editor in gdb
