Binary package hint: amule-adunanza

As in subject the package miss amuleweb daemon (should be in amule-adunanza-daemon)

By design. Adunanza developers didn't test amuleweb properly and asked not to include it.

  * Set Maintainer to Ubuntu MOTU Developers, real maintainer will be
    Alessandro Scarozza from now on.
  * Provide new amuleweb binary package (LP: #353667).
  * Remove deprecated dh_desktop call.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.2, no changes required.
