These strings talk about applications and places that don't exist. The correct place of System Settings is "Kickoff Application Launcher → Computer → System Settings". There isn't System Settings/KDE3 application and Network Connections window. And more and more. It would be great to fix the bugs in the documentation.

Thanks for reprting this bug. the goal will be to get everything fixed for Lucid, with possible upload to Karmic to fix as well
