Parent folders show synced status even if child folders are not synced

Bug Description
Parent folders show synced status even if child folders are not synced. This is confusing to users because they can be mislead into believing that all of their files and folders are synchronized when they are not.
If a subfolder is not synchronized, then all parent folders folders should show an unsynchronized emblem.
