David,

Are you installing Alpha 3 or an earlier version? I am unable to get to this screen installing 10.10 Alpha 3- the wording that is contained on the screenshot is contained on a different looking screen for me. As a side note, is the ubiquity installer different than the standard installer?

I'm using the latest daily build. I think there has just been an updated ubiquity released, which is why you might not be seeing the same things.

This bug was fixed in the package ubiquity - 2.3.7

---------------
ubiquity (2.3.7) maverick; urgency=low

  * Don't show the warning text in ubi-warning until after it's translated.
  * Hide the language plugin page if in greeter mode and advancing to keep the
other pages from growing. (which seems what Evan was trying to do in r4183)
  * Fix the cut off text on the warning page. (LP: #615034)
  * For plugininstall, use the actual debconf database, not the parallel database.
