Running qemu-kvm 0.12.5+
Bug 418112 is back:
$ qemu-img create -f qcow2 /root/t.img 4000M
Formatting '/root/t.img', fmt=qcow2 size=4194304000 encryption=off cluster_size=0
qemu-img: Error while formatting
Should be:
qemu-img: Error while formatting (Operation not permitted)
with 05_improve-
