Can't select a folder when adding an mh-format / maildir / mbox account

Thanks for your bug. I'm not sure the patch is correct, it changes the selector for the mbox mode too and in that case that's not sure you want to pick a folder

right, fixes an usecase and breaks an another one, not sure if that's a win

I'll write a patch which for this, before I do I'd like to confirm that:

Maildir -> select directory
MH -> select directory
mbox -> select file?

that looks a correct behaviour to me

This isn't just an evo bug. The problem is that camel tells evo that it needs only a path, it dosen't specify that it specifically wants a file or a folder. I'm not sure if thats an oversight or if its deliberate.

Quickfix would be to replace the folder chooser with a text box, proper fix is to patch camel aswell.

I'd say that it's not okay to just select a file when dealing with mbox, because the Evo text states that it "May also be used to read a tree of Elm, Pine or Mutt style folders", which also includes mboxes at least in the case of Mutt.
