Code review comment for lp:~apachelogger/ubiquity/kde-desktop-file

Fix bug where krunner would display ubiquity-kde as a KDE 3 application because it was installed to share/applications/kde/ which is usually used by KDE 3 apps. Installing the desktop file to share/applications/kde4/ fixes this issue.
