Code review comment for lp:~jtatum/launchpad/bug-435320

This wording change addresses a wording issue in the +branding page. Upon review, it seemed that the cause was an error in pasting two words one line above where they belonged, resulting in some very strange text. Moved it where it belongs and verified the updated wording.
