Thanks. The TranslationTemplatesBuildJob is a catch-all from the old model; it goes away as soon as we start displaying BuildFarmJobs instead of the old build-job classes. This branch deals with TranslationTemplatesBuild, not TranslationTemplatesBuild.

If that sounds confusing, it's nothing compared to some of the other stuff that these branches entailed!
