A few suggestions:

I'll say: "Para poder instalar APPLICATION_NAME los siguientes programas deben de ser instalados:"
* Also, in Spanish we usually use the adverbs at the end, so "Ubuntu One fue correctamente instalado." must be "Ubuntu One fue instalado correctamente."
* "Este programa provee los componentes basicos de Ubuntu One." -> "básicos" needs the "á"
* "Tomboy Notes" should be "Las notas Tomboy", right?
