Updated to remove old dependencies on Sanger, the mysql NS and modified script to follow the current flatfile format from the CGC. No longer creates the dlele file as we use acediff.pl to generate an update file for geneace so that curated strain information is not touched. Also ignores the ambiguous Outcross x that was highlighted recently on helpdesk.
