This is a fairly major change, quite late in the cycle and well beyond UI Freeze. Can you please check with the documentation and translations teams (as per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#UserInterfaceFreeze Exceptions) before proceeding with a merge? Please do this via a bug filed against ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu that links to each mailing list post, so it's easy for the archive admins to track.

Also, some points on the merge itself:
* There's an unresolved conflict in slides/installing-software.html.
* Can you please add debian/changelog entries for each change?
* I'm concerned about the statement "Compatibility will not be a concern." While OpenOffice.org has good Microsoft Office format processing, it's by no means perfect. I think it's a reasonable assumption that some users could expect to lose some formatting.
* I think "that" is vague in the following bullet point:
"Software Center can also keep track of software from other places. Just check if they provide a repository designed for Ubuntu, or a Debian package, and install that."
Unfortunately, I cannot come up with anything better :). Perhaps the documentation team has a suggestion? It's a minor point. I'm happy to upload that string as-is.
